Throughout my life, I’ve always tried my best to help positively impact other people’s lives. One of the jobs I held in my career was selling prosthetics for amputees where I was hands-on with assisting patients and helping them gain a better quality of life. Being able to help others become more mobile had a profound impact on me and is why I sought out starting a mobility store. My wife and I started Mobility City of Louisville because we saw a need, and we wanted to impact our community and help others. We look forward to helping you!

Yes. Mobility City offers White Glove Delivery with every purchase. Our team delivers your equipment directly to your home, fully assembles and sets it up, provides hands-on training so you are ready to use it safely, and removes all packaging. All mobility equipment sold at Mobility City comes with the standard manufacturer warranty. In addition, Mobility City offers an Extended Warranty Plan that provides up to three years of additional coverage beyond the manufacturer warranty for long-term peace of mind. Yes. Mobility City is a VA-contracted provider. Veterans may be eligible to receive mobility equipment covered through VA benefits when authorized by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
