Garth is a third-generation Navy serviceman, following in the footsteps of his grandfather and father. He served a combined 26 years in active duty and the Naval Reserves, bringing a strong work ethic, discipline, and commitment to service into every aspect of the business.

Natalie, originally from Florida and Georgia, was diagnosed in the late 1990s with Charcot-Marie-Tooth (CMT) disease, a progressive neuromuscular condition. Her personal experience navigating mobility challenges gives her a deep understanding of the needs, frustrations, and priorities of customers seeking reliable mobility solutions.

Garth and Natalie raised their two children in Maryland before relocating to West Michigan in 2022 to be closer to family and the communities they now serve.

Over the past decade, they have been customers of multiple mobility equipment providers and recognized a significant gap — particularly in repair and service support. Callbacks weren’t guaranteed, wait times stretched for weeks, and loaner options were nowhere to be found. That firsthand experience led them to establish a business focused on responsiveness, quality workmanship, and customer-first care.

They provide mobility equipment sales, maintenance, and repair services throughout Grand Rapids, Holland, Rockford, Hudsonville, and the surrounding West Michigan communities.
