Mobility City of Coastal Alabama, owned by Vickie and Tim Maatouk, opened to help customers with mobility challenges. We provide tailored products and services to improve quality of life, focusing on restoring freedom and independence. Our store offers a wide range of reliable mobility equipment and durable medical equipment (DME), including wheelchairs, scooters, and lift chairs, along with repair and maintenance services to ensure their longevity.

We had a fantastic experience with Mobility City. We called on the drive down to secure a scooter rental and they were incredibly accommodating to meet our needs and timeline. They delivered the scooter right to our rental and were thorough in training use and assembly for travel. It was great for my mother to be independent during our vacation. Easy pickup at end of rental. If you are traveling with someone who has limited mobility, I would highly recommend reaching out to Mobility City – they're great!

This business was wonderful. I took a last-minute trip to golf Shores at the end of July and no one had a wheelchair I could rent. When I got in touch with them, they told me no problem. They brought it to me on a Sunday. They fit me in with a full schedule of delivery when they brought me the wheelchair the gentleman was so kind and patient with me. I’m just never met a company, that was truly about their customers and their needs. I will definitely use them again. I definitely Recommend. A five star business for sure.
