We had been away from home for about a week when my power wheelchair was reaching the end of its go power. Luckily this place was close to the Drury Inn we stayed at in Kansas City Kansas area just down the street really. The guy was extremely kind and said he had a charger we could rent to charge up my chair again, so we could get home without my kids having to push me around. We rented it on a Saturday. Because they were closed Sunday, my niece returned it on Monday and the guy was extremely kind to her as well. Thanks for saving me, my kids, and our trip.
I cannot thank Brad enough! Phenomenal service! He’s so knowledgeable about his products and helpful. He went above and beyond what I could have ever expected. They came after hours to help my mom because they knew how much she really needed a chair that night. She had fractured her back and needed a lift chair to sleep in! God bless this father son team,. It really shows that they truly want to help people live a more quality life. I would recommend them to anyone! Also fair and competitive pricing!! Thank you for everything!
Brad was amazing to work with to get my dad an electric wheelchair and van lift. I highly recommend him for any of your mobility equipment needs! He is knowledgable, patient, and kind.
