The three-day event, held at the Opal Grand Resort, focused on high-performance execution, the importance of staff retention, effective sales techniques,  our veteran contract support expansion, and continued industry leadership.

This year’s conference theme, Hunt Like a Wolf,” centered on discipline, teamwork, and strategic business building. Mobility City owners participated in workshops on national account development, VA contract execution, customer experience standards, extended warranty growth, and learned some invaluable sales techniques from two featured guest speakers.

A key highlight of the event was a sales excellence session delivered by the Wolf of Wall Street himself, Jordan Belfort, who shared ethical persuasion principles and proven communication frameworks designed to strengthen franchisee sales performance and confidence in the field. Belfort’s surprise appearance invigorated the network, and got our team energized to bring these new sales techniques back to their showrooms.

“Jordan inspired our owners and taught them how to sell effectively and inspire them to sell,” Diane added. “If he can teach people how to sell a pen, I certainly think he can teach them the best tricks on how to sell mobility equipment.”

The conference also included special sessions dedicated to the company’s expanding work with the Department of Veterans Affairs, new extended warranty initiatives, and advancements in Mobility City University, the company’s proprietary franchise staff training platform.

“Mobility City continues to expand rapidly into new markets, and our responsibility is to support our owners with the tools, training, and systems they need to scale,” said Diane Baratta, Chief Executive Officer. “This conference underscored that commitment.”

The annual conference also gave franchisees the opportunity to learn about new products and offerings from some of our preferred vendors, which showcased the latest innovations shaping the mobility industry. The vendor showcase provided an invaluable platform for partners to present new technologies, product advancements, and service initiatives that help enhance the customer experience. 

Franchise owners had the chance to connect directly with representatives from some of the most trusted brands in mobility, exchange insights, and explore solutions that keep Mobility City at the forefront of repair, rental, and sales excellence nationwide. After ordering so many of these products for their showrooms, our owners value the chance to meet vendors in person, ask questions directly, and see new solutions firsthand that can help elevate their local operations.

Beyond the sessions and showcases, the conference served as an important opportunity for the entire Mobility City family to come together. Franchise owners, corporate leaders, and team members from across the country gathered to share experiences, exchange ideas, and strengthen the connections that make our network so unique. These moments of collaboration and camaraderie foster growth, inspire innovation, and reinforce our shared mission of helping communities stay mobile, independent, and empowered.
