Mobility equipment throughout Orange County in Lake Forest, Laguna Beach, Aliso Viejo, and the surrounding areas
At Mobility City of Orange County, CA, we focus on providing seniors and disabled people the independence to live a better quality of life. Many people spend over twelve hours daily in their mobility equipment, and we must help them enjoy clean, dependable, and mechanically safe mobility equipment. Our team is ready to assist you with all of your mobility needs!
We at Mobility City are proud to serve our community and our nation’s veterans as a contractor for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). We support veterans by providing mobility equipment repair and maintenance services available through VA benefits. VA healthcare benefits may cover the cost of both the mobility equipment and its repair services. Your assistive devices, including wheelchairs, power wheelchairs, scooters, lift chairs, hospital beds, and other VA-covered mobility services, can be repaired without out-of-pocket expenses when authorized by the VA. We work closely with VA case managers to ensure every piece of equipment meets the specific needs of each Veteran.
Went in to look for a hospital bed for my handicapped son. Met Max, a bright and friendly young man who walked us through all there was about the bed. In the end we decided to rent an electric wheelchair to try at home. Max was more than accommodating and knowledgeable. We drove home with our rented wheelchair. If all goes well, we plan to purchased the chair. Mobility City is one of the best mobility stores we’ve ever been at.
Mobility City is a "dream" come true. After searching and having no success for months in person and online, I found exactly what I needed. Great selection. Ability to try out products in person. Everyone was patient and skilled. Max Frankel, especially, is knowledgeable, incredibly helpful, and warm and friendly. He took over an hour with me to find the perfect fit for what I needed. All gold stars!
We had an excellent customer service experience with Max. We appreciate it his knowledge and willing to help. My chair needed a tuneup, so I called mobility city because we had such a great experience with Max in the past. Today a gentleman named Roland came to my home and did a tuneup on my chair. Roland was great! Very nice gentleman, very knowledgeable and impressively efficient at his job. I will continue to refer my friends to mobility city. Another excellent experience with mobility Citi, thank you Roland, I appreciate you sir.
