“As we age, independence remains a priority, one we cling to with a tight grip. But sometimes we need a helping hand,” Diane says. “Unfortunately, there are people stuck in their house without a proper piece of equipment to help them get to the bathroom on their own or leave the house to get the mail. The right equipment provides a sense of independence they’ve never had before. It makes such a difference when they can do things for themselves.”
