These guys are the best. I've used other mobility shops in the past, but the customer service we got was far superior. My grandma's gogo scooter needed new batteries and they came out to her home the same day to replace her batteries. They even taught her how to take care of her batteries to make them last longer. She's so happy now, I can't believe how fast they helped, and the prices we're very fair.

I have a knee scooter (non motorized) no one could help me fix. The sales associates were helpful on the phone, I brought it in, they fixed it quickly for a minimal fee. While I waited I had a chance to see their showroom. It is bright, clean, and easily accessible. They even have a small track on the floor mapped out so you could test the equipment. There are a variety of scooters, wheelchairs, motorized beds and armchairs. If you or a loved one needs a mobility aide I would come here first.

Good selection of mobility scooters to actually ride, rather than online purchase, was important to me. No pressure help in selection and next day delivery was appreciated. My Golden G120 allows me to leave my apartment and enjoy a pleasant time outdoors without the need of a companion. Very easy folding for car trunk storage is a big plus.

You know when you have a winner and dealing thru Max is just that, A WINNER. It started when I purchased a seat lifter online. After contacting Max he confirmed everything I wanted to know about the lifter. Once Max checked with his supplier he was told I should receive it shortly. Then things went bad, none of these lifts were in this country and delivery would be two plus weeks more. It arrived on time and Max never left me hanging and during the whole time Max kept me informed. This guy is definitely a keeper.

Amazing experience with this new store! Went in to browse portable scooters for my Mom and Max was helpful and knowledgeable showing us our options but not pushy at all. Decided to order what he was showing us a few days later via phone call. I spoke with Avi who was super accommodating! Was able to get it delivered to our home the same day, all with excellent customer service! The owner came out and said he would do anything at all to help. He was the most pleasant warm and friendly man. He refunded our money without hesitation or question. Mobility City did a fantastic job helping me select the stairlift that best fit my father’s needs. They were wonderful through the whole process from consultation to installation. I stopped by Mobility City today to look at powered chairs for my mother. I was immediately welcomed by Chad. He spent the next 30 minutes given me a complete tutorial on the difference between powered chairs and powered scooters along with all the pros and cons of each. He walked me through purchase cost and rental cost. Along with the cost of installing a lift gate. I decided to rent a unit for 30 days. He wrote up all the paper and delivered the unit within 30 minutes. Then he spent the next 45 min explaining all the features and functionality of the chair to my mother. Chad did a great job from start to finish and we are pleased with out dcesion to work with Mobility City!

I had the heartfelt feeling that it was not just about the commission, Jennifer was truly helpful. Because they did not have a lightweight electric wheelchair at the time, I felt comfortable taking my machine there for help if I needed it. My wife is using a walker, but I needed a lightweight electric wheelchair for her to feel independent on a trip to Scotland with my daughter and granddaughter. In retrospect it would have been just as easy to take a manual wheelchair and let them push it.

I had the privilege of meeting two remarkable ladies who sold me my new scooter.( Kathy and Jennifer)….. When my old scooter required evaluation, they displayed remarkable professionalism and transparency. Two weeks later, they exceeded my expectations by calling me to collect my refurbished scooter, which cost me only $100. I am filled with gratitude for their sincerity and dedication to fairness. Their integrity is truly inspiring! Given this scooter to mom so when it's time to roll there's no excuse.

It does the job. We have a heavier chair that doesn’t fold. We were able to try out different styles and determined a scooter was out of the question. This chair is great for travel. We were able to rent a regular SUV instead of worrying about renting an accessible vehicle. It was good on the cruise ship. It’s not as stable as the heavier chair and he tipped over once; there was a tree root on the walkway. It’s a little heavier to lift than I’d like but I managed. We were able to take the chair with us. They were very helpful and the store is nice.

We rented a power recliner! They were courteous and gave us a veteran’s discount! Very fair pricing too! When we had an issue with the chair they were expedient in sending a great man, Miguel, to fix it! It had. It had come unplugged from under the chair! But they were ready with a different chair just in case! It was comfortable per my wheelchair bound husband! It even laid out the whole way for a nap as it had two separate motors! I would highly recommend this company!!!

Miguel and his staff were extremely helpful throughout, delivered the hospital bed my husband needed right away and were very flexible with pick-up date/time once we were ready to return it. The equipment was clean and in good shape. Overall, nothing but a 100% positive experience.

Mobility City of San Diego is fantastic. We recently traveled to Torrey Pines from Michigan for a wedding. The travel turned out to be very stressful on our mother who is undergoing cancer treatment. The hotel had no options for us. Mobility City came to the rescue. With in a couple of hours they delivered a wheelchair. We used the chair for an entire week. The rates were incredibly reasonable. This place is all about customer service. I called Mobility City at 5:10 pm on a Friday inquiring about electric wheelchair rental that I needed the next day. All arrangements were handled over the phone. They delivered the electric wheelchair to the front desk of our hotel on Saturday morning. Two days later when it was time for us to go home they picked it up at our hotel. Their quick response to our inquiry and then the follow through with getting it to and from our hotel saved the New Orleans leg of our vacation. Their prices seem reasonable and competitive. In our 4 days in the New Orleans area, I interacted with a couple different people at Mobility City, and each one of them was very professional and courteous. In particular, a shout out to Michelle for her outstanding service. She was patient with my several inquiries about the mobility devices, and she texted information, photos and videos as often as needed for us to make a decision. Once I was in their rental, at one time, she even offered to drive up to us in town to possibly replace a unit. Fortunately, that was not required. This is the best place. Took my partners wheelchair to get repaired after it broke, it was an emergency situation. Mobility City has gone above and beyond helping me with my 98 year old dad. Obi helped us find a motorized lift recliner that is the perfect size and color, with easy-to-use controls. We purchased the chair on Saturday, and it was delivered and installed on Monday morning. We got into a bind when my husband‘s airflow mattress stopped working in November 2023. We luckily found Mobility City. Obi was very helpful finding us an option that we could rent while assessing our current one. Our mattress ended up being bad so we went back to Mobility City and Obi once again, was able to help us with the purchase of a new airflow mattress. Called this place to see if we could rent a wheel chair on a Friday and return on Sunday. Unfortunately we were told we had to return Saturday by 2pm and they are closed on Sunday. However, we were in town for an event and our aunt broke her foot and needed a wheel chair so we could attend the Berkshire event – the owner, Obi told us she lives close to the store and could come meet us on Sunday so we could drop it off even though they are closed on Sunday. Went in to look for a hospital bed for my handicapped son. Met Max, a bright and friendly young man who walked us through all there was about the bed. In the end we decided to rent an electric wheelchair to try at home. Max was more than accommodating and knowledgeable. We drove home with our rented wheelchair. If all goes well, we plan to purchased the chair. Mobility City is one of the best mobility stores we’ve ever been at.

We totally enjoyed our experience with mobility City of Lakeland. Our initial contact with them was positive. We found the staff to be knowledgable and patient. I am not a person to make a snap decision. I went away with a good feeling about the business. I returned 3 weeks later after doing research on the internet and found that for the same price as they quoted could get several options from the online business. I returned and sat down with them again and wanted to do business with the local business. We brought our scooter in for repair. The team was exceptionally professional and the work was completed as promised, there were no surprises. The repair took only two days and we were notified as soon as the scooter was ready for pick up. I can't say enough great things about Mobility City and the owner Chris. I've had a Golden lift chair since 2018. But my chair was in some bad repair. Had them out to replace the scissor mechanism and both the owner Chris and his tech guy James came out to fix my chair. I had ordered a new chair in February. I ordered a lift chair which needed to be a special order (size and fabric to match one my wife had). The order took less than 2 weeks and was promptly delivered by Mobility City. Having dealt with another supplier in past it was a breath of fresh air, they provided prompt and caring service and I would highly recommend them. Mobility City has been extremely helpful as I’ve learned to live with my disability. They worked with me to get an appropriate walker, as well as a lift recliner, that I love. So happy we found Mobility City!! My husband had knee surgery and needed a wheel chair for an event that required a lot of walking. We took them to Mobility City to see if they could be fixed. He helped us and said not to worry, he could fix them. He told us that they didn’t need replacing yet. We were very impressed with his honesty! He made them work like new and then wouldn’t even let us pay. We will definitely go back when he needs any devices!

My elderly father needed a scooter and rollator during his visit to Savannah so I contacted Mobility City. From the first call until I turned the equipment back in, their service was outstanding! I have been to the Mobility City location on 249 near 1960 several times in the last several weeks to learn, look, rent, and buy equipment to aid my spouse who is disabled. Each time we have been in the store, I have found folks to be knowledgeable, as well as kind, helpful, and accommodating to both of us. And we’ve needed a large helping of each. Purchased a Drive walker via Amazon. Due to health issues didn’t use until 6 weeks after purchase. The walker always pulled to right and was difficult to steer. Took it to Mobility City. The man on duty immediately said he could fix it and did at no charge. I have purchased other items from this store and the staff is always exceptional.

Ultimately I was told that the smaller one would not be an option for me, as my current one is safer for ME b cause of weight capacity. So, if you need anything mobility wise, I would urge you to patronize this shop. Should my body size change, this is the place I would go. You should as well!

We had been away from home for about a week when my power wheelchair was reaching the end of its go power. Luckily this place was close to the Drury Inn we stayed at in Kansas City Kansas area just down the street really. The guy was extremely kind and said he had a charger we could rent to charge up my chair again, so we could get home without my kids having to push me around. We rented it on a Saturday. Because they were closed Sunday, my niece returned it on Monday and the guy was extremely kind to her as well. Thanks for saving me, my kids, and our trip.

Kevin literally rescued me when I was in a desperate situation. They provided a reclining lift chair in 1 day after I was abruptly discharged from the hospital. I cannot be more thankful for the speedy service and customer service. I had called a number of other places in Cook County and was being offered similar rental chairs at nearly twice the price with delivery in 1-2 weeks. I live close to the Cook/Lake County border so I called Mobility City as a last effort and am so thankful I did.

Mobility city is a very wonderful company. The technicians they sent to my home were very polite and professional. We received a phone call in the morning, and that very afternoon 2 technicians came and took the nonfunctioning hospital bed I had purchased apart and rebuilt so that it now functions perfectly. During a family trip to Breckenridge I decided to try to rent a motorized scooter so I could keep up due to severe arthritis. I called and Wellington was so helpful. It’s over a 2 hour drive to Colorado Springs where their store is located. We were headed there the next day so we picked it up and the owner, Diane said she’d meet us at the Denver airport the day we fly home to return it. The pick up process was very quick and very they were both so helpful. If you ever need mobility equipment in the area around Denver, you won’t be disappointed. Great service!!

We went in today with the hopes of renting a scooter for my brother who has cerebral palsy. Sarah was so helpful and knowledgeable that instead of renting we actually purchased a motorized wheelchair for my brother. Sarah took the time to show us the ins and outs of the wheelchair and explained all of the warranties including the truth in costs of a new lithium battery when needed. I recently called about buying a Knee Walker. HEATHER was very patient and helpful with me. She also went to their storage after she closed to see if they had the one I needed. Six Stars, five is not enough. My wife had knee surgery Friday and won’t be able to bend her knee for a month. We thought we could just use a recliner but it was not going well. Come early Saturday I called Mobilty City about a bed, they didn’t open until 10:00, so I left a voicemail. At 10:02 Jeff called. I explained our situation and he said he had to make a call and would get back to me. A short time later he called and said he and his son deliver and set up a bed after the store closed. Later that afternoon Jeff and his son arrived and set up the bed. Everything was going well when the motor quit. They drove back to their shop and brought a new motor, installed it and the bed worked like a charm. A little while later my wife finally was comfortable and fell asleep. Great customer service and compassion shown by Jeff and his son. Jeff, thank you from the bottom of my heart. God bless. Your service today was an answer to prayer.

My parents purchased a medical grade lift chair from Mobility City. Because my father lives and sleeps in a lift chair, which broke in only 3 years (from Boscov's), I wanted them to have a better quality, more reliable chair this time around. I saw MC's ad in the paper and brought my parents to their showroom. As soon as we entered, I saw about 8 of these types of chairs set up along the wall, and knew I was in the right place. Quality merchandise is half the equation, though... the other half, knowledgeable, respectful and customer-focused staff is something we noticed immediately. Jeff and Karen Hutton (owners) were very patient with my parents, answering all their questions and reassuring them about quality, features and delivery. When the chair was actually delivered, Jeff accompanied their technician to my parents' home to help set up the chair, which was surprising, as well. My family is very grateful for the level of attention and care given to this purchase. If you have a loved one who requires any type of assistive equipment, this is the place to go!

The owner was very helpful he delivered the scooter to the motel the morning before we arrived. our first time renting scooters and we didn't know how to break them down. I rented an electric wheelchair for my mother from them. Excellent service; they dropped off a quality charged chair to the hotel we were staying at before we arrived, and picked it up from the hotel after we left. All arrangements were made over the phone a week before we arrived from overseas. Would definetley use their service next time we are in Virginia with my mother.

We had everybody there helping us the owners Beth and Nathan, and three of their employees were all helping us to find the electric chair that was perfect for my husband. Mobility city Boca Raton was great when we initially purchased my mother’s new walker and supportive toilet seat in 2023. Both are great products I went back in this week as somehow The back piece of the walker broke. She Was panicked since she cannot walk at all without it. Took my parents who are in their mid 80s visited the show room today. I am so happy with the service that I received from Gary and Brandon at the Cedar Park Mobility City. They put together a used tilt wheel chair I purchased and adjusted it perfectly. They showed me how it worked and were so patient, knowledgeable, and prompt. My son needed a crash tested chair to use as a vehicle seat. I bought it on Ebay but was not sure how to adjust it and assemble certain parts. This is a fantastic business and the lady that greets you, Ginger, is also very helpful.

My wife is recovering from a stroke and is paralyzed on her left side. She has struggled for three years to get in and out of a home hospital bed and always needed assistance due to the height of the bed. We located a bed at Mobility City that can be adjusted via a remote control to become very low allowing her to get in and out of bed without assistance. The sales staff at Mobility City were very attentive and understanding of our situation. The two men who delivered and assembled the bed were extremely knowledgeable and professional.
