We understand that advanced mobility challenges impact individuals facing conditions such as moderate to severe stroke recovery, late-stage Parkinson’s, severe arthritis, spinal cord injuries, and advanced COPD. We also emphasize the importance of home accessibility upgrades such as stair lifts, portable ramps, and threshold ramps. These improvements help individuals navigate living spaces with greater ease and security while reducing the risk of falls.
Our commitment to addressing advanced mobility challenges extends beyond equipment. We provide a range of services tailored to support your lifestyle, including in-home assessments, comprehensive repair and maintenance contracts, and flexible financing options for larger or long-term equipment needs. At our full showrooms in Springfield, Joplin, and Branson, you can explore equipment firsthand, and our short-term rentals allow you to test devices before making a long-term commitment.
Our White Glove delivery service offers convenience and reassurance, as we personally bring mobility equipment into your home, assemble it, and provide hands-on training. Purchasing chairs for our parents was easy. We were shown all the available styles and sizes and helped to choose the best fit. The delivery man was so helpful with our folks. Helping to move some of the furniture they can no longer move on their own. And they love their new chairs.
We looked for the right scooter for quite some time. I had just had full knee replacement surgery and needed to get around. Zack was a godsend! He took the time to talk it through with us every time we went in. We finally made a decision and the purchasing process was so easy. We would recommend Mobility City to everyone! Wonderful customer service, product and price!
We took in my old scooter that wasn't working to see if it could be brought back to life. Didn't happen but got a great deal on two new ones for my husband and myself. Had the old one 17 years and got it second hand. If these two last that long we'll be doing good. The whole crew was great to work with. They attended to every customer with quick dedicated service. Thanks to all.
