There are many reasons why people choose our wheelchair rentals. Many individuals rent manual wheelchairs following short-term injuries such as sprains, fractures, or incidents requiring accident recovery. Others find them invaluable after surgery when mobility is temporarily restricted. The convenience of having a wheelchair available extends to situations when visiting relatives or hosting guests with mobility issues, as well as for travel scenarios where extensive walking is not feasible.
Many event-goers and theme park visitors have also taken advantage of our rentals to navigate large areas comfortably. This service acts as an excellent backup when crutches or walkers are not practical, ensuring reliable mobility support when you need it most.
Every member of our staff is professionally trained by major manufacturers and must complete our rigorous in-house certification program. This training equips us to guide customers toward the right mobility equipment based on individual needs. We take personal pride in our expertise and in helping each customer enjoy a seamless rental experience. Our mission is to keep you active and supported, and we invite you to reach out to your nearest Mobility City office or reserve your rental online. My husband had 2 walkers that were not working well. The brakes didn’t do their job, the handles were loose and the walkers didn’t feel safe. We took them to Mobility City to see if they could be fixed. He helped us and said not to worry, he could fix them. He told us that they didn’t need replacing yet. We were very impressed with his honesty! He made them work like new and then wouldn’t even let us pay We will definitely go back when he needs any devices!
Honest, honest, honest. Those are the only words I can use to describe the owners. I currently have a rather large upright walker because I am a rather larger framed guy. My current walker is destroying the walls because it is wide and I am not as careful as I could/ should be. Based on excellent reviews I came here to explore my options for a smaller sized upright. Ultimately I was told that the smaller one would not be an option for me, as my current one is safer for ME b cause of weight capacity. So, if you need anything mobility wise, I would urge you to patronize this shop. Should my body size change, this is the place I would go. You should as well!
I was in the store today, first to be met with a salesperson who was cheerful and anxious to help. My husband bought a walker and wasn’t 100% happy with it. The owner came out and said he would do anything at all to help. He was the most pleasant warm and friendly man. He refunded our money without hesitation or question. The customer service was beyond compare. The other businesses owners should learn from this family owned business how to treat people. I would highly recommend Mobility City for any and all your handicapped needs. They were BEYOND wonderful to do business with. I gave them 5 stars but they deserve at least 10!
