There are many reasons why people choose to rent a lift chair. Some experience short-term mobility limitations due to arthritis flare-ups, injury recovery, or pregnancy-related discomfort. Others require post-surgical support, especially after abdominal, chest, or back procedures where standing becomes painful. Renting a lift chair also provides comfort for visiting family members with mobility challenges and is ideal for temporary swelling or edema where reclined or elevated leg positioning is needed. Trying a lift chair before committing to a purchase ensures you receive the support you need, whether it is for personal use or to assist aging parents during their stay.

Honest, honest, honest. Those are the only words I can use to describe the owners. I currently have a rather large upright walker because I am a rather larger framed guy. My current walker is destroying the walls because it is wide and I am not as careful as I could/ should be. Based on excellent reviews I came here to explore my options for a smaller sized upright. Ultimately I was told that the smaller one would not be an option for me, as my current one is safer for ME b cause of weight capacity. So, if you need anything mobility wise, I would urge you to patronize this shop. Should my body size change, this is the place I would go. You should as well!
I was in the store today, first to be met with a salesperson who was cheerful and anxious to help. My husband bought a walker and wasn’t 100% happy with it. The owner came out and said he would do anything at all to help. He was the most pleasant warm and friendly man. He refunded our money without hesitation or question. The customer service was beyond compare. The other businesses owners should learn from this family owned business how to treat people. I would highly recommend Mobility City for any and all your handicapped needs. They were BEYOND wonderful to do business with. I gave them 5 stars but they deserve at least 10!
My husband had 2 walkers that were not working well. The brakes didn’t do their job, the handles were loose and the walkers didn’t feel safe. We took them to Mobility City to see if they could be fixed. He helped us and said not to worry, he could fix them. He told us that they didn’t need replacing yet. We were very impressed with his honesty! He made them work like new and then wouldn’t even let us pay We will definitely go back when he needs any devices!
