At Mobility City of Orange County, we understand the significant impact of mobility challenges on everyday living. Our mission is centered around addressing the advanced mobility challenges experienced by individuals undergoing moderate to severe stroke recovery, late-stage Parkinson’s, severe arthritis, spinal cord injuries, and advanced COPD. People with these conditions often cannot walk long distances, rely heavily on powered mobility for independence, and face an increased risk of falls that affect both safety and confidence.
Individuals experiencing these conditions require specially designed equipment and support. Our focus is on offering solutions that provide comfort while enhancing safety. We acknowledge that advanced mobility challenges can make daily tasks daunting, and our goal is to help overcome these hurdles.
At Mobility City, we support advanced needs by offering dependable, high-performance mobility equipment specifically designed for daily use. Our equipment includes power wheelchairs, heavy-duty mobility scooters, lift chairs, and pressure-relief cushions. We also emphasize home accessibility upgrades, such as stair lifts, portable ramps, and threshold ramps, to help individuals navigate their living spaces with greater security and ease.
We provide services tailored to ensure every customer receives the right mobility support for their unique lifestyle. Our offerings include in-home assessments, comprehensive repair and maintenance contracts, and financing options for larger or long-term equipment needs. Our full showrooms in locations like Lake Forest, Laguna Niguel, and Aliso Viejo allow customers to explore equipment firsthand, while short-term rentals let them test devices before making a long-term commitment.
Went in to look for a hospital bed for my handicapped son. Met Max, a bright and friendly young man who walked us through all there was about the bed. In the end we decided to rent an electric wheelchair to try at home. Max was more than accommodating and knowledgeable. We drove home with our rented wheelchair. If all goes well, we plan to purchased the chair. Mobility City is one of the best mobility stores we’ve ever been at.
Mobility City is a "dream" come true. After searching and having no success for months in person and online, I found exactly what I needed. Great selection. Ability to try out products in person. Everyone was patient and skilled. Max Frankel, especially, is knowledgeable, incredibly helpful, and warm and friendly. He took over an hour with me to find the perfect fit for what I needed. All gold stars!
We had an excellent customer service experience with Max. We appreciate it his knowledge and willing to help. My chair needed a tuneup, so I called mobility city because we had such a great experience with Max in the past. Today a gentleman named Roland came to my home and did a tuneup on my chair. Roland was great! Very nice gentleman, very knowledgeable and impressively efficient at his job. I will continue to refer my friends to mobility city. Another excellent experience with mobility Citi, thank you Roland, I appreciate you sir.
