Mobility Scooters
Our mobility scooters are designed with an extended travel range, ease of maneuvering, enhanced comfort, and increased independence in mind.…
At Mobility City of North Texas, we understand that mobility challenges can greatly impact daily life for many individuals. Our mission is to tackle these challenges head-on by providing comprehensive solutions designed to enhance independence and safety. We know that advanced conditions such as moderate to severe stroke recovery, late-stage Parkinson’s, severe arthritis, spinal cord injuries, and advanced COPD present mobility challenges that limit walking ability, increase fall risk, and create a reliance on powered mobility for everyday activities.
Many people experiencing these advanced mobility challenges find that walking long distances is no longer a safe or viable option. In our experience, the combination of instability and a heightened risk of falls can diminish both safety and confidence. The conditions we address demand equipment that is dependable and supportive:
To support daily independence, we offer a range of high-performance mobility equipment that meets rigorous standards. Our inventory includes power wheelchairs, heavy-duty mobility scooters, lift chairs, and pressure-relief cushions designed to provide comfort, stability, and freedom of movement. Additionally, recognizing the importance of accessible living environments, our home accessibility upgrades—such as stair lifts, portable ramps, and threshold ramps—help individuals navigate their homes with greater ease and security.
We pride ourselves on offering services that ensure customers receive the right mobility support for their lifestyle. Our commitment to addressing mobility challenges includes in-home assessments, comprehensive repair and maintenance contracts, and financing options suited for larger or long-term equipment needs. Our locations in Plano, Frisco, Mckinney, and the surrounding areas feature full showrooms that allow customers to explore equipment firsthand, as well as short-term rentals to test devices before making a long-term commitment.
We further enhance our service with our White Glove delivery, service that ensures your mobility equipment is delivered to your home, expertly assembled, and accompanied by hands-on training. This thorough process helps you quickly adjust to your device with confidence and safety. We are also proud to partner with the VA, ensuring Veterans receive the mobility solutions they deserve. Our dedication to overcoming mobility challenges fuels our commitment to keep people moving, so they can remain independent, healthy, and happy.

Amber, the owner is awesome. She is very helpful and knowledgeable with any handicap equipment that you or your family might need. She is very kind and listens to you when explaining your loved one's needs. I love supporting businesses within my community and it is always great to have caring people like Amber that owns businesses in our community to be there for you!
This is the best place. Took my partners wheelchair to get repaired after it broke, it was an emergency situation. I called this place and spoke with Amber one of the nicest professional people I’ve ever encountered took the wheelchair in and Armando had it fixed within 30mins. They were true loyal people. The world is a better place because of these 2 individuals. Forever grateful to them.
WOW!! Amber was awesome! She is knowledgeable about ALL the products her store stocks — which is awesome because when you need wheelchairs, walkers, scooters, or hospital beds for a loved one, it is great to have a lot of variety in one place. I love that I do not have to drive down to Dallas anymore. Great store & great customer service!
