Honestly, Jeanie was the bomb. If only other places I’ve been were this enjoyable. All of my questions were answered. She was very personable. I was impressed by her being so helpful and knowledgeable. I had no problem purchasing a scooter from her along with accessories. I told her what I was looking for and she knew what I needed. Im very happy I went there today. I’ll be going there from now on. I see why they have a great rating. Thank you Jeanie.

Mobility City has been extremely helpful as I’ve learned to live with my disability. They worked with me to get an appropriate walker, as well as a lift recliner, that I love. They spent time with me discussing wheelchairs and the various styles, weights of each, and ease of getting them in and out of the back of an SUV. These folks are wonderful. They are caring and kind. Couldn’t be happier with their assistance.

So happy we found Mobility City!! My husband had knee surgery and needed a wheel chair for an event that required a lot of walking. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted with laughter, as if we were family; of course my husband was walking with crutches and the owner says “we’ve got what you need!” They opened the door for us when we walked in AND walked us to our car to load the wheelchair. The receptionist was a sweetheart, she answered all of our questions and we never felt like we were bothering her. We had to extend our time with the wheelchair, and she made the process so smooth. I 100% recommend Mobility City!
