Mobility City provided excellent customer service. A rarity these days. They made a house call to repair my husband’s mobility scooter and did so very quickly. I contacted them after hours and they were at our house the next afternoon. Everyone was so nice to deal with. We will definitely use their services in the future!
I can't say enough great things about Mobility City and the owner Chris. I've had a Golden lift chair since 2018. But my chair was in some bad repair. Had them out to replace the scissor mechanism and both the owner Chris and his tech guy James came out to fix my chair. I had ordered a new chair in February. My old, one it survived until yesterday the day my new chair arrived. Chris, the owner delivered it today, on Saturday. Any mobility items that you need make Mobility City your choice! Their customer service is top notch! Thank you Chris and team.
Chris D. was so helpful. He spent all the time we needed and answered all of our questions so we were very comfortable with our purchase. He even helped us put our new mobility scooter in the car different ways to see if I would be able to handle it on my own. Excellent customer service!
