MOBILITY CITY OF Louisville, KY
Mobility City of Louisville opened in December of 2023, we wanted to make an impact on our community by providing top-quality service and sales. People looking for mobility devices oftentimes can’t find answers about how a scooter fits in their car, or how comfortable it is, and we have a showroom full of items to take for a test drive.

Chris and Malori Downs
Throughout my life, I’ve always tried my best to help positively impact other people’s lives. One of the jobs I held in my career was selling prosthetics for amputees where I was hands-on with assisting patients and helping them gain a better quality of life. Being able to help others become more mobile had a profound impact on me and is why I sought out starting a mobility store. My wife and I started Mobility City of Louisville because we saw a need, and we wanted to impact our community and help others. We look forward to helping you!

Mobility City provided excellent customer service. A rarity these days. They made a house call to repair my husband’s mobility scooter and did so very quickly. I can't say enough great things about Mobility City and the owner Chris. I've had a Golden lift chair since 2018. But my chair was in some bad repair. Had them out to replace the scissor mechanism and both the owner Chris and his tech guy James came out to fix my chair. I had ordered a new chair in February. My old, one it survived until yesterday the day my new chair arrived. Chris, the owner delivered it today, on Saturday. Any mobility items that you need make Mobility City your choice! Their customer service is top notch! Thank you Chris and team.
