We totally enjoyed our experience with mobility City of Lakeland. Our initial contact with them was positive. We found the staff to be knowledgable and patient. I am not a person to make a snap decision. I went away with a good feeling about the business. I returned 3 weeks later after doing research on the internet and found that for the same price as they quoted could get several options from the online business. I returned and sat down with them again and wanted to do business with the local business. A trust relationship started and left a very happy customer with confidence that we had found a business that would be there if we needed help. This business has my highest recommendation.

Excellent customer service. Issac was great to work with. Had a scooter that the battery was not working after two years. Very disappointed expensive for not lasting that long. We brought our scooter in for repair. The team was exceptionally professional and the work was completed as promised, there were no surprises. The repair took only two days and we were notified as soon as the scooter was ready for pick up. Our experience was so positive, that we will return to Mobility City when we begin looking for an electric wheelchair to purchase. I would recommend Mobility City.
