Each time we have been in the store, I have found folks to be knowledgeable, as well as kind, helpful, and accommodating to both of us. And we’ve needed a large helping of each. Purchased a Drive walker via Amazon. Due to health issues didn’t use until 6 weeks after purchase. The walker always pulled to right and was difficult to steer. Took it to Mobility City. The man on duty immediately said he could fix it and did at no charge. I have purchased other items from this store and the staff is always exceptional.
