Why Rent Power Wheelchairs

There are many reasons to rent an electric Wheelchair. We understand that temporary conditions such as stroke recovery or certain neurological issues may limit upper-body strength. Additionally, some individuals require enhanced mobility for long-distance travel or when visiting guests in different settings. Post-surgical or short-term conditions often make manual wheelchair propulsion challenging, and powered mobility becomes essential during events, conferences, or conventions requiring substantial indoor travel.

Expert Technicians And Guidance

Our knowledgeable technicians undergo both manufacturer-led training and rigorous corporate instruction. Their goal is to help customers maintain mobility and comfort with the right equipment. We are committed to ensuring that each customer receives expert guidance tailored to their individual needs. Whether you reside in Greenville, Simpsonville, or Greer, we are here to support your journey with reliable service. We encourage you to call or stop by to test drive, and we remain proud partners with the VA to serve our Veterans with the mobility solutions they deserve.

Reviews From Real Customers

I was in the store today, first to be met with a salesperson who was cheerful and anxious to help. My husband bought a walker and wasn’t 100% happy with it. The owner came out and said he would do anything at all to help. He was the most pleasant warm and friendly man. He refunded our money without hesitation or question. The customer service was beyond compare. The other businesses owners should learn from this family owned business how to treat people. I would highly recommend Mobility City for any and all your handicapped needs. They were BEYOND wonderful to do business with. I gave them 5 stars but they deserve at least 10!

My husband had 2 walkers that were not working well. The brakes didn’t do their job, the handles were loose and the walkers didn’t feel safe. We took them to Mobility City to see if they could be fixed. He helped us and said not to worry, he could fix them. He told us that they didn’t need replacing yet. We were very impressed with his honesty! He made them work like new and then wouldn’t even let us pay. We will definitely go back when he needs any devices!

Honest, honest, honest. Those are the only words I can use to describe the owners. I currently have a rather large upright walker because I am a rather larger framed guy. My current walker is destroying the walls because it is wide and I am not as careful as I could/ should be. Based on excellent reviews I came here to explore my options for a smaller sized upright. Ultimately I was told that the smaller one would not be an option for me, as my current one is safer for ME b cause of weight capacity. So, if you need anything mobility wise, I would urge you to patronize this shop. Should my body size change, this is the place I would go. You should as well!
