When we had an issue with the chair they were expedient in sending a great man, Miguel, to fix it! It had. It had come unplugged from under the chair! But they were ready with a different chair just in case! It was comfortable per my wheelchair bound husband! It even laid out the whole way for a nap as it had two separate motors!
