General Questions

What are your hours of operation?

We’re open from 9:00 to 5:00 Monday through Friday and 10:00 to 2:00 Saturday.

Do your Technicians work for your company and do they have background checks.

Yes. All of our technicians are our employees, and they have been background screened.

Have your Technicians received the Covid-19 vaccination?

Yes. All of our technicians and showroom personnel have received their vaccinations.

Are you insured in case of damage in my home?

Yes. We carry very high limits of insurance to protect you and your property, as well as safeguard our Associates.

Do you carry bathroom safety equipment?

Yes. We carry a complete line of bathroom safety equipment, including products for the commode, bathtub, shower, and more.

Can you fix my broken products and equipment at my home?

Yes. Our branded service vans have commonly needed repair items and batteries on the truck. At times we may need to take your equipment to our shop for more complex repairs.

Can I pay you over the phone for products and services at my parents’ home?

 Yes. We often work with out-of-town customers to serve those living locally.

I’m on a limited budget. Do you have inexpensive products?

Yes. We carry complete lines from all major manufacturers; Pride Mobility, Drive, Golden Technologies, Medline, Lifestyle Mobility, Harmar, Med-Mizer, Sonder Care, Strongback, First Street, and many more.

What type of equipment do you rent?

Mobility scooters, power chairs, wheelchairs, transport chairs, knee walkers, hospital beds, ramps, and lift chairs are our primary rental products. Call us if you’re interested in renting something not listed above.

How long do I need to rent for?

We rent from 1 day to many months. Call or visit us to learn more about our great rental programs.

Can you deliver rented products?

Yes. We can deliver any of the products we rent or sell to your home. There may be additional fees.

Can you deliver and pick up rented products to the hotel we are staying at?

Yes. We can deliver the products directly to your hotel for your convenience.

Do you repair products bought from other companies?

Yes. We repair mobility equipment and lift chairs bought anywhere.

Can you come to my home, apartment, or assisted living facility in repairing my equipment

Yes. We come to you.

My batteries no longer charge. Do you carry replacements?

Yes. We carry all standard replacement batteries on our service vehicles. Call for our battery replacement specials.

Do you carry lithium replacement batteries?

 We can order lithium batteries. Lithium batteries are often particular to the individual product by the manufacturer. So we typically special order lithium batteries.

Do you have mobility equipment to see and test in your showroom?

 Yes. We have a test area specifically designed to drive the power chairs, scooters, and rollators in a safe and controlled environment.

Do you accept health insurance?

We can provide you with documentation to submit to your insurance company. We do not bill insurance companies.

If I see something I like on the Internet, can I buy it from you?

Yes. We work with almost all the major manufacturers and will meet or beat Internet pricing.

Do you offer a Military Discount?

 Yes. We offer Veterans a minimum of 10% off their purchase and services. Thank you for your service.

Do you offer to finance?

 Yes. We have options for you to consider for financing the purchase of your equipment.

Do you honor a manufacturer’s warranty?

Yes. We work with all of the major manufacturers on warranty work.

Do you carry and service bariatric equipment?

 Yes. We have a full line of bariatric products in our showroom. In addition, our Technicians are fully trained in servicing the equipment.

Do you sell mobility equipment that can be used outside?

 Yes. We have many mobility products that are designed for outdoor use.

My home is older and has narrow doorways. Do you have mobility equipment that fits through narrow doorways?

Yes. We have equipment designed for all types of applications.

Do you sell off-road mobility equipment?

Yes. We can get most manufacturers off-road equipment. Visit our showroom to learn more. Once we know your needs, we can recommend the correct solution.

Can you sanitize my equipment if I didn’t purchase it from you?

Yes. Our Steam 220 Sanitization Process can be performed at your home, apartment, facility, or in our store.

How fast do your scooters and power chairs go?

Most are limited to 4 to 5 mph for safety reasons. We do have some that will go up to 14 mph outdoors. These are designed more as recreational mobility equipment.
