The technician Kelsy was friendly, helpful, accommodating and very pleasant to work with! He interacted with the participants in our day program really well! He was knowledgeable and made the repairs to the scooter efficiently and effectively, even doing a test drive to make sure all was in working order. Office staff returned my call promptly after my initial message request for assistance. Definitely recommend working with this company. Great customer service!!!
Visiting from the west coast, Mobility City helped us immensely. Josh and his son were very knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. They called the manufacturer to be certain the replacement batteries were compatible as they were 18amp vs 22amp. I learned about my chair and everything went great last night with the chair at the concert. Thanks you Mobility City and especially Josh and son. Enjoy your next round of golf!
Mobility City is THE company you need on speed dial if you depend on any mobility equipment to get around. They will come to your home, give you an estimate, and bring the parts to fix your scooter or chair!! They are fantastic. I’ve been using them since we moved to Denver area three years ago. They are the best!!
