We went in today with the hopes of renting a scooter for my brother who has cerebral palsy. Sarah was so helpful and knowledgeable that instead of renting we actually purchased a motorized wheelchair for my brother. Sarah took the time to show us the ins and outs of the wheelchair and explained all of the warranties including the truth in costs of a new lithium battery when needed. I would highly recommend and ask for Sarah if you can!
I recently called about buying a Knee Walker. HEATHER was very patient and helpful with me. She also went to their storage after she closed to see if they had the one I needed. They did, she held it for me until the next day, and when I arrived earlier than expected, Don – who was also very friendly – was in the middle of assembling it for me. Very Helpful.
