How To Use Your VA Benefits

• Getting Evaluated By The VA – Start by speaking with your VA healthcare provider. If mobility equipment or repair services are deemed medically necessary, they will process your request.
• VA Approving And Assigning Mobility City – Once approved, the VA may assign your case to Mobility City, one of its trusted vendors for mobility equipment repairs.
• Mobility City Contacting You – Our team will reach out to schedule an appointment at your home or preferred location in as little as 48 hours.
• Service Is Provided. VA Covers The Cost – All approved services are billed directly to the VA, eliminating costs to you.
