Five stars – my 12 year old daughter had an accident and needed a wheel chair while she was recovering. The staff was fantastic about helping us get the correct size, making her feel comfortable and showing her how to use it. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They have all sorts of medical equipment – highly recommend them.
I had the most wonderful experience with my 95 year old sister at Mobility City today. We brought in a walker for repair and from the moment we entered we were greeted warmly and professionally. They seated us very comfortably and proceeded to diagnose and fix her walker. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs any mobility equipment purchased or fixed.
Mobility city Boca Raton was great when we initially purchased my mother’s new walker and supportive toilet seat in 2023. Both are great products I went back in this week as somehow The back piece of the walker broke. She Was panicked since she cannot walk at all without it. The gentleman at the store immediately fixed it for no charge and was friendly and quick. I totally recommend this store for any mobility needs.
