Safe patient handling is essential not only for reducing injury risk but for maximizing patient comfort during every move.

Our showrooms in Alexandria, Herndon, and Arlington provide caregivers the opportunity to explore mobility devices in person, while our short-term rental options allow for testing before committing long-term.
We offer a convenient White Glove delivery service, where our team personally delivers, sets up, and trains caregivers on each piece of equipment. This service reinforces safe patient handling practices, ensuring every device is correctly installed for daily use. We take pride in our partnership with the VA to ensure Veterans receive the mobility care they deserve. Bennett and his team at Mobility City were simply fantastic. He guided me through all the options to choose what I needed for my life’s one. he placed the order and it was delivered and set up within just about a week. His delivery people were courteous and kind also. I highly recommend working with them!
The owner was very helpful he delivered the scooter to the motel the morning before we arrived. our first time renting scooters and we didn't know how to break them down. He took the time to come back to the Motel where we was staying and showed us how to breakdown the scooters and we really appreciate it they go above and beyond for their customers to make sure you are satisfied I would recommend them to anyone that's going to Washington DC if you need a mobile scooter this the company to call.
I rented an electric wheelchair for my mother from them. Excellent service; they dropped off a quality charged chair to the hotel we were staying at before we arrived, and picked it up from the hotel after we left. All arrangements were made over the phone a week before we arrived from overseas. Would definetley use their service next time we are in Virginia with my mother.
