Casey the technician put together the entire system, and made sure that everything worked properly and showed me how to operate it, very professional. Mr Cedric ordered my equipment and let me know when they came in, scheduled my appointment and gave me a courtesy call prior to appointment. They both were very kind and respectful and I really appreciated that and I will recommend their services to anyone who needs it.
The manager, Cedric, was fantastic! He handled my last minute request for wheelchair rental, helped me load it in my car and was very personable. He was also right there to help me unload when I returned it. Great service and a nice man, it made my day!
Mobility City was wonderful to deal with. Cedric was extremely helpful. We will call him first for all mobility equipment needs we have in the future.
