Ceiling Lift Systems
Ceiling lift systems consist of overhead-mounted tracks and powered lift motors that move patients smoothly between locations. They are designed…
We understand the challenges families and caregivers face when supporting someone experiencing progressive mobility decline. The physical and emotional strain, caregiver burnout, and the need for safe and reliable transfer methods can make full-time care or assisted living transitions overwhelming. At our center, safe patient handling is a priority as we seek to reduce injury risks and maximize patient comfort while easing the burden on caregivers.
Our mission is to ensure that safe patient handling is a central part of every solution we offer. We continuously work to address issues that affect both the caregiver and the individual receiving care.
Along with these tools, we offer home-safety enhancements such as fall-detection technology, monitoring systems, and ceiling track lifts. These devices support safer transfers and help reduce the likelihood of accidents, particularly in the surrounding areas where families seek dependable solutions.
Our locations offer showrooms where caregivers can explore mobility devices in person. We also provide short-term rental options that allow you to test equipment before making a long-term commitment. Safe patient handling is at the core of our training, ensuring both caregivers and users feel confident and secure.
We provide a White Glove delivery service where we personally deliver mobility equipment into your home, set it up, and supply guided training to ensure safe patient handling becomes second nature. We are proud to partner with the VA, ensuring Veterans in Gilbert, AZ, and nearby communities like Phoenix, Glendale, Scottsdale receive the mobility solutions they deserve. Our comprehensive approach is designed to keep people moving so they can remain independent, healthy, and happy, while providing essential support to caregivers.
Families often struggle with caregiver burnout, the physical and emotional demands of daily care, and the need for safe patient handling methods to prevent injuries during transfers.
We offer essential mobility and comfort-focused equipment such as hospital beds, pressure mattresses, and transport wheelchairs along with home-safety enhancements that promote safe patient handling and reduce the caregiver’s physical strain.
We provide hands-on training, long-term service contracts, equipment trade-in programs, showroom access, short-term rentals, and a White Glove delivery service to ensure caregivers can confidently manage their care responsibilities.

I rented a scooter for my mom, so when we were attending the quilt show in Scottsdale, she would have an option to sit down and look. It was great! Excellent customer service! When I returned the scooter, Adriene gave me some great things to think about regarding an electric wheelchair. Very helpful! I am glad I found Mobility City!
I love this place. They are the only business that was willing to help me get a new tire for my scooter. Now I needed new batteries for my power wheelchair and once again they came through for me. The staff is top notch and they pride themselves on being able to get the job done perfectly every time. Also a special thank you to Anthony Gonzalez who is a technician at the location for going above and beyond to get my chair working asap while still accommodating his other clients. Love this place and you will also.
Anthony Gonzalez the technician was excellent from start to finish with finding the problem and solution with my electric wheelchair that had quit working; [ needed to replace the two motors]. Very polite, courteous and explained in detail the work that had to be done. Was repaired and delivered as to what he said. I now have my independece back thanks to Anthony and I highly recommend Mobility City for your mobility repairs.
